Cryptogram Poem Solution: July 5, 2010: First Stanza

01. This doubles as a hot noun or a verb for the act of getting same. (sun)
02. A past-tense term for shedding some light as well as excelling in something. (shined)
03. As a noun, these are found in the ocean or a person’s hair. As a verb, a person does this to someone else. (waves)
04. When used as a noun, this always has a place on a table or in a book, movie, or play. (setting)

10. The present-tense form of clue #02. (shine)
11. Where you are when you are no longer below something. (above)
12. As a wound, this is bad. As a massage, this is good. As a thought, this is always profound. (deep)
13. This describes truth, the sky, and sad people. (blue)
14. This fruit is often used to represent clue #01 and is known by many to be annoying. (orange)
15. As a noun they float in the sky and as a verb it affects our issues and our minds. (clouds)
